Your badge is your admission to the scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and social events. Please wear it at all times at the Conference venue.
Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Italy are kindly asked to apply for theirs in their country. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA.
Please consider that obtaining a VISA may take between two to six weeks from the date of application.

The invitation implies no obligation by the Organizers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses, or any other costs connected with attendance at the Conference.
The climate of Bari is typical Mediterranean, and July is sunny.

The official currency is Euro. Normal banking hours are from 09.00 am to 4.00 pm on weekdays. Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are available all over the city. Credit cards are accepted in most restaurants and shops.
Shops are usually opened from 09.30 a.m. to 08.30 p.m.
Restaurants are usually opened from 12.00 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. and from 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
Restaurants are generally closed one day a week.
